Based in Suffolk, Kea Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency providing services to industries throughout East Anglia, nationally and overseas (Australia and New Zealand).  Our specialist divisions cover jobs in farming, truck driving and construction but we can also recruit into other fields such as hospitality, cleaning and housekeeping.

Our directors Tony and Craig are both native New Zealanders but have lived and worked in the UK agricultural industry since their arrival to England in the late 80’s. During the 1990’s Craig and Tony established a successful fencing company ‘Kiwi Fencing’ and over the years gained a large portfolio of farmers on their books. Over time they realised the difficulties these farmers were facing in an increasingly competitive industry to recruit skilled and competent staff to their rural locations. Responding directly to these needs Kea Recruitment was established in 2002. Kea now supply a diverse range of candidates to an increasing number of farms and other rural businesses both locally and nationally. Craig and Tony pride themselves on the detailed knowledge of the market within which they operate and as an independent company Kea maintains high standards and a unique personal touch to both clients and candidates.
