We are a specialist recruitment agency supplying staff to farms and other rural businesses throughout East Anglia, nationally and overseas. Both our directors Craig Mackay and Tony Teague originate from New Zealand and come from farming backgrounds – between them they have more than 40 years of agricultural experience.

Established in 2002 Kea Recruitment continues to find reliable, experienced, hard working and friendly staff for both seasonal and permanent positions. The majority of our staff are sourced from the Southern Hemisphere (New Zealand, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Australia) although we also employ UK and EU Nationals. We can supply tractor drivers, milkers, calfers, herdsmen and women, fencers, general farm workers and more. All our workers are experienced, come with references and speak good English.
