Both our directors Craig Mackay and Tony Teague originate from New Zealand and come from farming backgrounds – between them they have more than 40 years of agricultural experience.

We can provide experienced, friendly staff to solve your employment problems. Our staff are predominantly English and come with a minimum of 2 years agricultural experience and full references. They travel to New Zealand and Australia with an interest in learning different farming techniques and a lust for travel. Most come over on a ‘working holiday visa’ which entitles them to up to 23 months of work and travel.
